Being Human:
A Sensorial Exploration of Self & Other in Nature

A SOCIAL EXPERIMENT?
A RITUAL IN NATURE?
A SENSORIAL EXPLORATION?
AN EXERCISE IN PRESENCE?
A PRACTICE IN AUTHENTICITY AND VULNERABILITY?
YES! EXACTLY!!!

Being Human – what does that mean for me? What makes us human?
What are the qualities we want to live and experience in this moment of our lives? What do you want to explore and enjoy? What’s the challenges you are ready to take?

In this Intensive we will work in nature, in water and in the studio… discovering our surrounding with fresh eyes, opening our senses to a new level of perception and use this quality to explore ourselves and interact with each other. We will be using techniques and tools from Contact Improvisation, acting and fooling, martial arts and different awareness practices combined with the power of not knowing and doing nothing. Giving space to your inner animal and enjoying intense play in a focused atmosphere. You don’t need any special skills or knowledge – you’re welcome as you are! All you need is openness and curiousity for something new. Be ready for your individual journey as part of a collective experience. Being authentic and vulnerable yet powerful and connected. Let’s grow, work and play together as the amazing beings we are – let’s be human!

“I find inspiration, joy and connection in mother nature, groovy music, tasty food, connected sex, being silly, heartfelt hugs, the sun and the sea and dancing with my beloved friends around the world.”

“For me a good class consists of the sensation of growth of every individual and the joy of the collective experience.”
